Assistant Manager - Data Analytics

**About the Role** We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical **Data Analyst** to transform raw data into meaningful insights that support business decision-making. The ideal candidate should be proficient in data analysis, reporting, dashboard creation, and data visualization, with strong technical expertise in SQL, Python, Advanced Excel, and BI tools. **Key Responsibilities** - Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights. - Write complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and manipulate data from multiple sources. - Develop and automate interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/Looker Studio). - Perform data validation, quality checks, and ensure data accuracy. - Create reports, KPIs, and performance metrics to support business functions. - Use Python for data analysis, automation, and statistical reporting. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. - Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders through clear visualizations and reports. - Continuously improve reporting processes and identify opportunities for automation. **Required Skills** - Strong proficiency in **SQL** for querying and data manipulation. - Hands-on experience with **Python** (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib/Seaborn or similar libraries). - Advanced knowledge of **Microsoft Excel** (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Advanced Formulas, Dashboards). - Experience building interactive dashboards using **Power BI**, **Tableau**, or similar BI tools. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Understanding of data visualization best practices and business reporting.
