Find out more about us at www.jubilantpharmova.com. **The Position** **Organization :** Jubilant Biosys Limited **Designation ;:** Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - Finance and Accounts **Location;;; :** Nanjangud, Mysore **Responsible for following activities:** - **Invoice Processing:** Receiving, verifying, and ensuring accuracy and proper documentation. Tracking budget expenses. Investigate accounts payable issues. - **Vendor Management:** New Vendor on boarding, managing non active vendors - **Payment Processing:** Managingpayments to vendors, managing payment schedules, and resolving discrepancies. - **Vendor Invoices Analytics Tool:** Manage Vendor analytics tool, review/ analyse and close all the queries generated - **Expense Management:** Monitoring and controlling expenses, analysing spending patterns, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Investigating and resolving outstanding creditor items, prepare financial reports Month-end closing, Check the accuracy of invoices - **Compliance:** Ensuring adherence to company policies, accounting procedures, and relevant regulations. - **Financial Reporting:** Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and statements related to accounts payable. Product costing, Inventory management, Physical verification of stock coordination. - **Audit Support:** Providing necessary documentation and support during audits. - **Other duties as assigned:** This may include tasks like, preparing reports for management, or assisting with special projects. **Person Profile.** - **Education Qualification: M.
