Assistant Manager CAPEX Review Workings (Pharma) Job Responsibilities: Review CAPEX requests and supporting documents. Prepare cost estimates and project working sheets. Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Procurement, and Finance teams. Track CAPEX budgets and project expenses. Verify quotations, purchase requisitions, and invoices. Maintain CAPEX records and project files. Prepare monthly reports on project status and spending. Support budget planning and cost control activities. Ensure all approvals and documentation are completed as per company procedures. Requirements: Graduate in Pharmacy, Engineering, Finance, or related field. 48 years of experience in CAPEX, project costing, or finance functions in the pharmaceutical industry. Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/SAP systems. Strong analytical and coordination skills. Good communication and reporting skills.
