Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented HR Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will drive the people agenda for designated business units, aligning HR strategies with business priorities. You will be a trusted partner to business leaders, helping build an engaged, high-performing, and inclusive workplace. Key Responsibilities: • Partner with business leaders to understand objectives and design tailored HR solutions. • Drive talent management initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and employee development programs. • Conduct and analyze regular pulse connects with teams to understand employee sentiment, gather ground-level insights, and proactively address people-related challenges • Manage organizational structures, HC ratios, and workforce planning in alignment with business goals. • Address employee concerns proactively, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. • Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary processes. • Lead/participate in HR projects and COE initiatives such as change management, employee engagement, and diversity & inclusion programs. • Ensure effective execution of HR processes and maintain accurate people data for decision-making. Qualifications: • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • Minimum 5 years of HRBP experience, preferably supporting technology or engineering teams. • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels. • Proven ability to partner with business units to deliver impactful HR outcomes. Key Success Metrics: • Effective management of HC cost and organizational structures. • Improvement in employee engagement score (eNPS). • Reduction in voluntary and high-performer attrition. • Timely and efficient execution of HR processes with strong data governance. • Contribution to org-level and COE-led projects.
