**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform product development decisions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products or features. - Develop business cases for new initiatives by creating detailed cost-benefit analysis and ROI calculations. - Provide data insights and recommendations to senior management on strategic planning. **Job Requirements :** - 4-8 years of experience in a similar role within the telecom/ISP industry. - Strong understanding of Bi Tools (e.g. Power BI), SQL, STB (Set Top Box) technology, Smart TV platforms (OTT). - Excellent presentation skills with ability to create compelling reports using tools like Presentation Skills.
