Job description

**Key Responsibilities** - Requirements Gathering & Process Optimization: Act as a Business Analyst to map "As-Is" vs. "To-Be" HR workflows. Design and refine modules within Darwinbox to align with Shared Services SLAs, focusing on eliminating manual touchpoints across the employee lifecycle. - Darwinbox Implementation & Configuration: Lead the rollout of new Darwinbox modules, manage system configurations, set up complex business rules, and conduct regular system health checks. - Data Migration & Architecture Oversight: Partner with data migration teams during module rollouts. Define data mapping rules, oversee legacy data extraction, and ensure the Darwinbox system architecture supports clean data capture and strict role-based access protocols (RBAC). - Testing & UAT Management: Lead the preparation of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios, write test scripts, and coordinate with business stakeholders to validate system changes, updates, and custom enhancements before production deployment. - User Adoption & Change Management: Drive platform adoption across diverse geographies. Create user training documentation, conduct change-impact assessments, and run training workshops for the SSC team and end-users to maximize Darwinbox utilization. - Service Delivery & Troubleshooting: Provide Tier 2/3 functional support for complex HR tickets. Conduct root-cause analysis on system bottlenecks and provide workarounds or permanent fixes. - Reporting, Analytics & Insights: Translate raw HR data into actionable business intelligence. Build and maintain automated dashboards to track SSC performance metrics, headcount trends, and adoption analytics for leadership. - Vendor & IT Liaison: Collaborate with IT, Security, and Darwinbox account managers to manage product releases, API integrations, and functional enhancements.
