**Role & responsibilities** 1. Maintain equipment downtime within target in shift (below 8%). 2. Planned Maintenance schedule Adherence -98% 3. why-why analysis adherence 100% with root cause and kaizen. 4. MIC Check sheet adherence 100% & non confirmative addressed through ODR 5. Equipment history card entry-100% Adherence. 6. 100% adherence to TPM implementation plan. 7. 100% Compliance to PPE, LOTO & Safety interlocks. **Preferred candidate profile** 1. Siemens PLC, SCADA, HMI, Servo Drives, master Drives hands on experience. 2. AB and Siemens PLC programming and logic development expertise. 3. Fanuc or any other Robotic operational and programming expertise 4. Hydraulic and Utility 1. Furnace and Induction heater knowledge 2. SAP and Computerized maintenance management systems knowledge Instrumentation and Digital IoT platform
