Roles and Responsibility • Execute and manage HVAC projects in commercial buildings or infrastructure segments. • Handle data centre or non-data centre projects with precision and accuracy. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion. • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve technical issues. • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets. • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Job Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in HVAC projects. • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. • Excellent project management and execution skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
