Assistant Manager-Mechanical

Job description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager-Mechanical with 5 to 10 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience in executing HVAC projects in commercial buildings or infrastructure segments. Roles and Responsibility • Execute and manage HVAC projects in commercial buildings or infrastructure segments. • Handle and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project completion. • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets. • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues. • Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and provide solutions. • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Job Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in data centre or non-data centre environments. • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including design, installation, and maintenance. • Excellent communication and project management skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
