**Role & responsibilities** : - Complete all new store opening activities from Hand Over To Project Hand Over To Operations Store opening - Monitor & track progress of the project till completion - Ensure proper coordination & communication amongst all functions - Facilitating cross functional meetings on key issues - Track progress of new store operations post opening - Coordinate with various functions to resolve issues affecting smooth operations for new stores - Drive various business projects - Ideate & implement best practices across stores - Maintain risk-issue log to identify future risks & timely escalation of critical risks to senior management - Drive store refresh projects in various stores - Drive store closure projects through structured planning and cross functional coordination Preferred Candidates - Candidates from Retail industry will be preferred - Candidate must be strong in Microsoft Office tools
