Role & responsibilities : • Complete all new store opening activities from Hand Over To Project Hand Over To Operations Store opening • Monitor & track progress of the project till completion • Ensure proper coordination & communication amongst all functions • Facilitating cross functional meetings on key issues • Track progress of new store operations post opening • Coordinate with various functions to resolve issues affecting smooth operations for new stores • Drive various business projects • Ideate & implement best practices across stores • Maintain risk-issue log to identify future risks & timely escalation of critical risks to senior management • Drive store refresh projects in various stores • Drive store closure projects through structured planning and cross functional coordination Preferred Candidates • Candidates from Retail industry will be preferred • Candidate must be strong in Microsoft Office tools
