General Information Location Noida, Uttar Pradesh Working Schedule Full-Time Work Arrangement Hybrid Relocation Assistance Available No Posted Date 11-Sep-2026 Job ID 20484 Description and Requirements • Act as a key liaison for stakeholders ensuring effective relationship management and governance. • Collaborate with team to prepare and update reports, performance dashboards, and monthly leadership snapshots. • Prepare and analyze reports and key metrics related to financials, workforce, capacity, and operational performance. • Ensure data accuracy, consistency and alignment across multiple reporting platforms through stakeholder coordination. • Equipped with the relevant compliance experience required in Third Party Data Protection Control, Gift & Entertainment – Approval & Reporting, KYC documentation for Customer Risk, Data Analysis and Sanctions Screening. • Develop a strong governance monitoring and reporting framework for process level readiness on a periodical basis. • Maintain the Business Continuity Management (BCM) program including regular reviews, updates to documentation and related procedures for respective process. • Strong communication and presentation skills; Ability to articulate and influence stakeholder / customers is a critical requirement • Ability to meet aggressive deadlines About MetLife Recognized on Fortune magazine's list of the "World's Most Admired Companies" and Fortune World’s 25 Best Workplaces™, MetLife, through its subsidiaries and affiliates, is one of the world’s leading financial services companies; providing insurance, annuities, employee benefits and asset management to individual and institutional customers.
