Job Description Job Title: Manager - Finance & Accounts Department: Finance & Accounts Location: Noida sec 62 Job Type: Full-Time Key Roles and Responsibilities • Banking Compliance and Reporting: • Prepare and maintain financial data templates for submission to banks, ensuring compliance with monthly and quarterly requirements as per sanction letters. • Review and analyze sanction letters to understand compliance requirements and address them accurately. Compliance Certification: • Ensure timely completion and submission of compliance certificates to both working capital lenders and term lenders. Coordination and Data Management: • Collaborate with various internal teams to collect, review, and validate data for bank submissions, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Internal Financial Control (IFC): • Develop and implement an internal financial control framework tailored for Avaada Electro, including ICOFR (Internal Controls over Financial Reporting) and manufacturing process controls. • Ensure monthly IFC compliance with thorough documentation and reporting. Audit Management: • Manage internal and statutory audits related to IFC compliance, addressing audit findings and ensuring all processes adhere to established controls. Process Optimization: • Continuously monitor financial processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance. Qualifications and Skills • CA- Inter (Semi Qualified) • 6-8 years of experience in financial compliance, banking coordination, and internal controls, preferably in the manufacturing or renewable energy sector. • Strong understanding of banking compliance requirements, IFC frameworks, and audit processes. • Proficiency in financial reporting tools and ERP systems, such as SAP. • Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills. Key Competencies • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. • In-depth knowledge of financial compliance and internal control mechanisms. Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
