Job description

**Role & responsibilities** 1. To achieve the production targets on all PDC machines as per PPC plan 2. Daily 4M Check, Health Check of Machines has to be carried religiously as per planned frequency. 3. Maintain proper 5S in the shop & ensure material handling is carried out as per pre-decided method. 4. Maintaining all the Consumables related to Production & Melting as per the monthly production plan. 5. Maintain all documentation in soft & hard copies as decided related to shift performance, QMS requirements, training, associate evaluation, consumable used etc. 6. Should continuously learn new things while working for the personal & organizational growth. 7. Achieving the Zero Machine breakdown, trying to improve on the same by using different quality tools. 8. Continuously working on Rejection reduction & Efficiency improvement by using various quality tools. 9. Maintaining all documents of all Levels including Check sheets, WIS, FMEA, Procedures etc. for QMS requirements. 10.Learn & implement the activities like Pokayokes, KAIZENS, PDCA cycles, 7QC tools to be used for continual improvement in improving the B/D, Consumable consumption & Equipment life 11.Learn and Maintain all documents related to IATF 16949 / VDA 6.3 or any QMS system desired by the customer. 12.Ensure proper PPE are used by the concerned person. 13.Should practice ZERO Accident in shop floor. 14.Imparting proper training to the associates & maintaining the related records. 1. Ensuring Furnace cleaning & charging as per WIS. 2. Ensuring ZERO Breakdowns & ZERO Accidents during production activity. 3. Ensuring proper discipline is followed in the shop by all associates 4. Preparing all the performance related documents and present to the superiors. 5. Initiating the procurement of the consumables considering the safety stock required. 6. Ensure proper stock of all child parts, tools, packing material is maintained. **Preferred candidate profile** Hands on Experience in HPDC machines
