**Job Title** : Assistant / Deputy Manager- Quality - Physiotherapy (Max Healthcare) **Location : Max Hospital Vaishali** **JOB PURPOSE :** Responsible for the Clinical and Service Quality Assurance functions of Max@Home Physiotherapy service line. Ensuring planning, coordination, control, and continuous improvement of processes and methods that are established to control the quality. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** OJT for all the therapists/PT attending to patients at home - Service Quality training classroom sessions for all PTs - Creating SOPs for Physio quality - Maintain and own escalation matrix for Physio along with RCA-CAPA, closure of any escalation - Supporting the business for any new initiatives for Physio - Maintain active patient renewals and work towards retention - Conduct quality checks and balances - Owns the quality vertical in line with NABH/JCI guidelines - Travelling across of Max@Home locations to ensure adherence to compliances . **KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS** - Zero Adverse Events(Falls/Burns,etc) - Product training - Customer feedback and Handling Escalations - Support in framing SOPs for quality Management - Governance on Physiotherapy value proposition - Overall Max@Home clinical & Service Quality - Managing and supporting audits for Max@Home **Qualifications :** BPT/MPT/B.Sc/M.Sc along with Hospital Administration course preferable **Experience :** 5+ years experience in a Quality Control / Assurance area Interested candidates may send their profiles deen.dayal@maxhealthcare.com Deen : 9718519555 Regards
