Ensures secure user access, policy compliance, service availability, and efficient resolution of incidents while supporting Zero Trust architecture across the enterprise. • Provide operational support and troubleshooting for Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), Zero Trust Branch (ZTB), and App Connectors. • Investigate and resolve user access issues related to internet, SaaS, and private applications. • Troubleshoot Client Connector connectivity, authentication failures, posture check failures, tunnel issues, and policy enforcement problems. • Monitor the health and performance of ZIA, ZPA, ZTB, and App Connector infrastructure, ensuring service availability and adherence to SLAs. • Manage and support ZPA Application Segments, Segment Groups, Access Policies, Server Groups, and App Connectors.
