**Role Summary** The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for end-to-end recruitment delivery across both **niche/specialized hiring** and **high-volume mass hiring requirements**. The role partners closely with business leaders to understand workforce requirements, build talent pipelines, drive hiring strategies, ensure exceptional candidate experience, and deliver talent solutions aligned with organizational growth objectives. The incumbent will manage recruitment across diverse roles ranging from specialist positions to large-scale frontline and operational hiring programs. **Key Responsibilities** **Strategic Talent Acquisition** - Partner with business leaders and HRP to understand workforce plans and hiring priorities - Develop recruitment strategies aligned with workforce plans and business objectives - Provide market intelligence, talent mapping, competitor insights, and hiring trends - Support organization growth through proactive talent pipeline development **Niche/Specialized & Mass Hiring** - Drive end-to-end recruitment for specialized and hard-to-fill positions - Conduct talent mapping, market research, and competitor benchmarking - Build strong candidate pipelines through networking, referrals, social platforms, industry forums, and direct sourcing - Manage stakeholder expectations on hiring timelines, talent availability, and compensation benchmarks - Manage volume recruitment drives for operational and frontline positions - Plan and execute hiring campaigns, job fairs, walk-ins, campus drives, and virtual hiring events. - Ensure achievement of hiring targets within defined timelines and budgets - Coordinate with recruitment vendors, consultants, and assessment partners - Optimize recruitment processes to improve speed, quality, and cost efficiency **Stakeholder Management** - Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders - Provide regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and market dynamics - Influence hiring decisions through data-driven recommendations **Candidate Experience** - Ensure a seamless and positive candidate journey throughout the recruitment lifecycle - Maintain effective communication with candidates at every stage - Promote employer brand and employee value proposition - Manage candidate engagement for niche talent pools and critical roles **Recruitment Operations & Governance** - Ensure compliance with organizational policies, recruitment standards, and regulatory requirements - Maintain recruitment data integrity within ATS and HR systems - Generate recruitment dashboards and hiring reports **Diversity & Inclusion** - Support diversity hiring initiatives and inclusive recruitment practices - Build diverse candidate pipelines for critical and leadership positions - Drive targeted hiring programs to improve workforce diversity **Analytics & Continuous Improvement** - Track and analyze recruitment KPIs - Monitor sourcing effectiveness, hiring funnel metrics, and quality of hire - Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance recruitment outcomes - Recommend innovative sourcing strategies and recruitment technologies **Educational Qualification:** MBA in HR (regular full-time) **Experience:** - Min. 5 years in Talent Acquisition - Proven experience in both niche hiring and volume recruitment - Experience partnering with business leaders and driving workforce planning discussions - Exposure to ATS platforms, recruitment analytics, and employer branding initiatives
