HR Operations Generalist Sigmoid Analytics People Operations | Bengaluru Job Description: HR Operations / Payroll Generalist Location: Bangalore (Hybrid) We are looking for an HR Operations/Payroll Generalist with 2–4 years of experience in HR operations/shared services. This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, strong on MS Excel, and passionate about delivering a smooth employee experience. Roles & Responsibilities • Manage HR operations across onboarding, employee lifecycle changes, exits, and related documentation. • Drive exit management, probation confirmations, conversions, extensions, and issuance of HR letters. • Maintain accurate employee data in HRMS and generate reports/dashboards. • Good knowledge and interest in numbers and keen to learn and handle payroll inputs, validations, finalization, and disbursement for large employee bases. • Use advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, conditional formulas, data validation, data cleaning) for analysis and reporting. • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and ensure timely resolution. • Support HR initiatives that enhance employee experience and engagement. • Contribute to HR projects, automation initiatives, and process improvements.
