Assistant Team Lead

Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Support the Team Leader in managing daily warehouse operations. - Supervise inbound, outbound, sorting, scanning, dispatch, and inventory activities. - Monitor team productivity and ensure daily operational targets are achieved. - Allocate manpower effectively based on operational requirements. - Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies. - Maintain shipment accuracy and minimize operational errors. - Prepare daily MIS reports and operational dashboards. - Train, guide, and motivate warehouse associates. - Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and housekeeping standards. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues. - Escalate critical issues to the Team Leader whenever required. - Ensure timely dispatch of shipments and smooth workflow within the warehouse. **Intrested Candidates please contact :7200246193-Srinivasan HR**
