Job Description - Required Qualifications & Experience • Any Graduate (Japanese language qualification preferred) • 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience • Proficiency in Japanese language (JLPT N3 or above) • ITIL certified with a good understanding of IT service management principles • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications • Excellent communication, coordination, interpersonal, and presentation skills • Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment from the Chennai office • Experience working with Japanese clients/stakeholders • Experience in project transition and knowledge transfer activities • Understanding of end-to-end project delivery and operational processes Technical Skills • Experience in BAU (Business As Usual) operations and support activities • Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and service operations • Good to have hands-on experience or knowledge of: • Windows Administration • Linux Administration Preferred Attributes • Strong customer service orientation • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and client-facing environment • Good analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills Relocation Supported: Yes Visa Sponsorship Approved: No At Fujitsu, we are committed to an inclusive recruitment process that values the diverse backgrounds and experiences of all applicants.
