Assistant Technician - Laboratory

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Technician to join our team at Aster Laboratory, located in the Healthcare/Medicine industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory settings and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Roles and Responsibility • Assist senior technicians with various laboratory tasks and procedures. • Maintain accurate records of test results and patient information. • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment according to established protocols. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control measures. • Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals. • Develop and implement new laboratory procedures and protocols as needed. Job Requirements • Minimum 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in a similar role. • Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and protocols. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Familiarity with laboratory software and equipment. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. • Educational qualification: Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
