We are looking for a skilled Assistant Technician to join our team at Aster Laboratory, located in the Healthcare/Medicine industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory settings and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. **Roles and Responsibility** - Assist senior technicians with various laboratory tasks and procedures. - Maintain accurate records of test results and patient information. - Operate and maintain laboratory equipment according to established protocols. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control measures. - Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals. - Develop and implement new laboratory procedures and protocols as needed. **Job Requirements** - Minimum 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in a similar role. - Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and protocols. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Familiarity with laboratory software and equipment. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. - Educational qualification: Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
