Job Purpose: To support end-to-end RBI inspections, work with other Business/supporting units. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, tracking actions, and ensuring timely and compliant closure as per the Banks governance standards. Key accountabilities: • Central coordination for managing RBI inspections. • Central coordination for managing adhoc requests/indents from RBI. • Identification of impacted functions and facilitation of action ownership. • Tracking and follow-up on implementation progress and closure documentation. • Preparation of periodic management updates and dashboards. • Liaison with business, risk, operations, and other functions to ensure regulatory compliance alignment. • Manage the day-to-day operations of the regulatory compliance tracking tool, ensuring its smooth and efficient functioning, and actively identifies and implements improvements to its effectiveness and other related processes • Providing additional support to compliance advisory teams as may be required. Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Review and facilitate closure of RBI inspections. Ensure all deliverables of RBI inspection completed within the due dates • Coordinate assessment discussions and obtain feedback from relevant stakeholders. • Monitor progress, escalate delays, and ensure closure evidences are documented. • Support internal governance forums with implementation status updates. • Assist in continuous improvement of the circular tracking and compliance process. • Oversee the regulatory compliance tracking tool's daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning, and drives improvements to its effectiveness and other related processes • Support regulatory compliance head and advisory teams for additional support as may be required. Required experience: • 8-12 years of experience in Compliance or Regulatory function in a bank. • Prior exposure to managing regulatory inspections and stakeholder management preferred. Education / Preferred Qualifications: Prost Graduate / Chartered Accountant with direct experience in banking or financial services industry. Core Competencies: • Strong understanding of RBI and banking regulatory requirements. • Excellent communication and coordination skills. • Analytical mindset with attention to detail. • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and SharePoint for tracking and reporting. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet timelines.
