Senior Cloud Solutions Architect Years of Experience: 8-10 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Solutions Architect with extensive experience in designing, deploying, and optimizing Platform as a Service (PaaS) solutions on Azure and AWS. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Windows Server management in cloud environments, automation strategies, and cloud security compliance. This role requires a proactive individual who can lead complex troubleshooting efforts and ensure high availability and performance of cloud applications. Responsibilities • Design, deploy, and optimize PaaS solutions on Azure and AWS, focusing on scalability, high availability, and performance tuning. • Manage Windows Servers securely in cloud environments, specializing in Active Directory, patching, hardening, and hybrid connectivity. • Drive automation strategies and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, ARM templates, or CloudFormation for efficient PaaS/IaaS management. • Design and enforce security best practices across Azure and AWS PaaS and IaaS, ensuring compliance with industry standards and managing identity, access, and data encryption. • Lead complex troubleshooting for PaaS applications and Windows servers across both cloud platforms, leveraging monitoring tools and implementing disaster recovery solutions. Mandatory Skills • Proven experience in AWS Administration, including EC2 instances and related services. • Strong expertise in Azure cloud services, particularly in PaaS solutions. • In-depth knowledge of Windows Server (2019) management in cloud contexts. • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IAC) tools such as Terraform or ARM templates. • Solid understanding of CLOUD SECURITY STANDARDS and compliance standards. Preferred Skills • Familiarity with disaster recovery solutions and business continuity planning. • Experience with monitoring and logging tools for cloud environments. • Knowledge of networking concepts and hybrid cloud architectures. • Certifications in Azure and AWS (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect). Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 8-10 years of experience in cloud architecture and administration. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
