**Position:** Business Associate Manager **Department:** Agency Sales Business Associate Model **Level:** Assistant Manager / Manager **Salary:** Up to 8 LPA **Location:** **Rohtak & Bahadurgarh** **Role Summary** Responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing Business Associates (BAs) and Advisors to achieve monthly sales targets. Ensures compliance, productivity, and strong relationship management across stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** - Recruit and onboard BAs and Advisors - Conduct daily/weekly/monthly meetings and manage choreography - Drive sales through joint fieldwork and customer engagement - Achieve monthly business targets and contest participation - Coordinate mandatory regulatory training - Ensure accurate policy submissions, documentation, and medical clearances - Build strong relationships with customers and distribution network - Drive crosssell, upsell, and renewal premium opportunities **Skills & Competencies** - Strong targetdriven and execution mindset - Effective communication and influencing skills - Relationshipbuilding capability - MS Office/Excel proficiency - High agility and drive for results **Qualifications & Experience** - Graduate (MBA preferred) - **4-8 years of sales management experience** (insurance experience desirable)
