We also operate Max@Home–among India’s largest healthcare-at-home services in 12 cities–and Max Lab, offering 2,700+ tests in 50+ cities across North India.  **ROLES &****KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** **•**Organizing workloads  • Assessing and planning treatment requirements  • Liaising daily with staff including other doctors, non-medical management staff and healthcare professionals • Writing reports and maintaining records  • Promoting health education • Document all patient evaluations, treatments, medications and transactions according to policies and procedures in physical files and electronically  • Appropriate handover and communication of patient information to ensure continuity of care  • Evaluate effectiveness of current care methods and procedures and suggest improvements  • Cultivate a climate of trust and compassion for patients  • Proactively participate in risk management and quality initiatives of the department and organization  • Be compliant to organization policies and procedures  • Contribute to department and organization development  • Actively participate in Corporate social responsibility events conducted by the organization  • Abide by dress code and punctuality  • Remain up to date with developments and best practices in medicine by attending conferences and seminars and incorporate in their practice  • Identify and escalate as a priority the safety concerns identified in the organization. **Experience & Qualifications** - MEM/ DNB Emergency Medicine
