**Job Summary** LatentView Analytics is looking for an experienced **Tech Head – GenAI Solutions & Architecture** to lead the design, delivery, and commercialization of enterprise AI solutions across Retail, CPG, Industrials, and other industry verticals. This leadership role combines deep technical expertise in AI/GenAI, architecture, engineering leadership, and business consulting to build scalable AI products and accelerators that solve complex business problems. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end solution architecture, lead high-performing engineering teams, define technology roadmaps, and collaborate with business stakeholders to bring innovative AI solutions from concept to production while enabling go-to-market (GTM) success **.
