As we scale our US business, we're growing our Growth team and hiring multiple Associates to run our offline growth and marketing programs. **About the Role** You'll support the planning and execution of offline growth and marketing programs for our US business, working across multiple on-ground initiatives and coordinating with internal teams and external partners. This is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup, takes ownership, and enjoys solving operational problems at scale. **What You'll Do** - Support end-to-end execution of offline growth and marketing programs across the US - Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver on program goals - Manage on-ground program operations, logistics, and timelines - Own key performance targets for assigned initiatives and regions - Track performance, maintain dashboards, and deliver regular business updates - Identify bottlenecks, recommend improvements, and use AI tools to work efficiently **What We're Looking For** - 2–3 years in Growth, Marketing, GTM, Account Management, or Program Management - Ability to juggle multiple projects with strong attention to detail - Excellent communication and stakeholder management - Strong problem-solving with a bias toward execution - Comfort with data, spreadsheets, and dashboards - Ability to work independently and cross-functionally on US-shift hours **Role Details** - **Location:** Gurugram, Haryana - **Hours:** US Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM IST) - **Travel:** Occasional international travel for business needs
