**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Manage civil projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project progress. - Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor and control costs throughout the project lifecycle. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies. **Job Requirements :** - 12-18 years of experience in civil engineering or construction management. - Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and local laws. - Excellent project execution skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Proficiency in project scheduling software (e.g., Primavera) or similar tools.
