Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Strong understanding of Forecasting, Capacity Planning, Scheduling, Shrinkage, and RTA concepts. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. - Experience with WFM tools such as NICE IEX, Verint, Calabrio, Aspect, or equivalent scheduling platforms will be an added advantage. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-site environment with flexible shifts. **Preferred candidate profile** -3 to 6 years of WFM Scheduling experience in a international BPO/Contact Center environment. -Open to work in roational shifts & week off -Stack holder & team managment exposure Interested candidates can share their updated resume at :-rupali.devlekar.C@eclerx.com
