**PRODUCT IMPLEMENTATION ASSOCIATE** **Location:** Mumbai (Corporate Office) Experience: 1-3 Years Department: Product **Reporting To:** Product Implementation Lead **ABOUT THE ROLE** Candidates with prior experience in FinTech implementation, UAT testing, production validation, LOS/LMS platforms, Supply Chain Finance, Banking, or NBFC products will be preferred. CredAble is seeking a Product Implementation & Quality Consultant to support the deployment, configuration, testing, and continuous improvement of products across its Supply Chain Finance and Lending platforms. The role would require strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will work closely with Product, Technology, Operations, Banking Partners, and Clients to ensure seamless implementations and high-quality product releases. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** **Product Implementation:** • Drive end-to-end implementation of CredAble products for Banks, Financial Institutions, Corporates, Dealers, and Vendors. • Gather and understand business requirements, translating them into implementation plans and product configurations. • Coordinate with Product, Technology, Operations, and Client teams to ensure timely project delivery. • Manage implementation timelines, project trackers, deployment checklists, and stakeholder communications. • Conduct client onboarding, product demonstrations, training sessions, and go-live support. • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure successful deployment of product enhancements and new implementations. • Act as the primary point of contact during implementation and stabilization phases. • Develop and maintain implementation documentation, SOPs, and best practices. **Quality Control & Testing:** • Perform functional testing, regression testing, configuration validation, and release verification across products. • Design and execute test cases, test scenarios, and quality control checklists. • Identify, document, track, and coordinate closure of product defects with Engineering and Product teams. • Validate new releases, enhancements, and bug fixes prior to production deployment. • Conduct quality audits of implemented programs to ensure adherence to business and operational requirements. • Analyse recurring issues and recommend process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce implementation defects. • Support root cause analysis and resolution of production issues. • Maintain testing artefacts, defect trackers, quality reports, and release sign-off documentation. **REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES** • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. • Strong process orientation with exceptional attention to detail. • Understanding of software testing methodologies and defect management practices. • Hands-on experience with SQL, Microsoft Excel, and reporting tools. • Knowledge of Supply Chain Finance, Lending, Banking, or FinTech products will be preferred. • Ability to work effectively across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Client-facing teams. **EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS** • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. • Relevant certifications in Product Management, Quality Assurance, Business Analysis, or Project Management will be an added advantage.
