**Job Description** **Roles & responsibilities:** - Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' sales, marketing, strategy and supply chain functions and use power of data to identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions. - Provide retail / CPG industry thought leadership and best practices to consult clients - Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas to build cutting-edge analytics solutions to cater to client’s business needs - Actively collaborate with the global team of sales, advisors, delivery and centre of excellence to consult and facilitate the seamless execution of ideas and solutions - Drive revenue growth by building innovative solutions, partnering with sales on go-to-market strategies and plans and owning presales support - Stay updated with industry trends, and champion the adoption of cutting-edge tools, methodologies, and technologies in these industries **Qualifications and Requirements:** - Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Management / Engineering / Mathematics / Statistics or any related quantitative discipline - Proven experience in consulting / analytics / strategy space, in Retail /eCommerce / CPG industries. - In-depth knowledge of industry functions, practices, and industry best practices. - Strong analytical, statistical/machine learning and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges and build solutions. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities to convey strategies and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
