Partner with hiring managers to identify manpower requirements and prepare detailed job descriptions. 3. Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and other recruitment channels. 4. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with stakeholders. 5. Evaluate candidates based on technical and behavioural competencies. 6. Drive offer discussions, salary negotiations, and ensure a positive candidate experience. 7. Coordinate pre-joining activities, documentation, and seamless onboarding of new hires. 8. Plan and execute campus recruitment drives, including campus engagement, coordination with educational institutions, and end-to-end campus hiring. 9. Handle bulk hiring requirements while ensuring quality hires within defined timelines. 10. Manage recruitment for Technical Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and R&D roles, with a strong focus on the pharmaceutical sector. 11. Maintain recruitment data, reports, and MIS using excel. 12. Hands-on experience with SAP HRMS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). 13. Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, timelines, and organizational hiring policies. 14. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and niche positions. **KEY SKILLS:** 1. 1.Experience hiring in the pharmaceutical /CPG domains. 2. 2.Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical and reporting skills. 3. 3.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. 4. 4.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. 5. 5.Self-driven, detail-oriented, and a proactive team player. **QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:** 1. MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent. 2. Exprience - minimum 5years 3. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Pharmaceutical or FMCG industry. ","
