Role Overview We are seeking an Associate Store Designer with strong expertise in creating detailed 2D retail drawings and layouts. The role primarily involves preparing accurate AutoCAD drawings for dark stores, fixtures, and store planning requirements while coordinating with internal teams. Key Responsibilities Create detailed 2D retail drawings, store layouts, fixture drawings, and technical plans using AutoCAD. Prepare floor plans, elevation drawings, fixture detailing, and working drawings for retail projects. Modify and update drawings based on site conditions, design revisions, and business requirements. Coordinate with Operations, project, and Real Estate teams to ensure drawing accuracy and feasibility. Maintain drawing standards, documentation, and version control for all projects. Support store rollout and renovation projects with timely drawing submissions. Review measurements and site inputs for accurate drafting. Ensure all drawings comply with brand standards and operational requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Drafting, or related field. 3-4 years of experience in retail drafting/store design. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory. Good understanding of retail fixtures, store layouts, and technical detailing. Ability to create accurate and execution-ready 2D drawings. Knowledge of basic materials and retail construction details. Good coordination and communication skills. Preferred Skills Experience in retail, fashion, lifestyle, or commercial interior projects. Ability to handle multiple projects and timelines efficiently. Basic understanding of site execution and vendor coordination is an advantage.
