DH Operations Executive Zepto Location: Zepto HQ, Sarjapur, Bengaluru | Work from Office Role Overview Zepto is looking for a proactive and analytical DH Operations Executive to manage and monitor daily warehouse operations, track key performance metrics, resolve operational escalations, and coordinate with city and warehouse teams. Key Responsibilities • Monitor daily warehouse operations and identify process/operational breaches. • Track key metrics such as Putaway, Unloading, Inventory Hygiene, RTO, Recirculation, and Operational Breaches. • Handle real-time escalations and drive timely resolutions. • Conduct basic Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and suggest corrective actions. • Analyze operational data to identify trends and improvement areas. • Coordinate with City Teams, Warehouse Managers, Stores, and Central Operations. • Prepare daily trackers, reports, and operational updates. • Make regular stakeholder/store calls for follow-ups and closures. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in any discipline. • 1–2 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or similar roles. Freshers with strong analytical skills can also apply. • Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets. • Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, calling-intensive environment. Work Schedule • 6-day work week • Rotational shifts: Morning / Evening / Night • Weekend and public holiday flexibility required.
