What will you do? • Drive Last Mile programs focused on rider supply, reliability, productivity, and cost efficiency. • Work with Last Mile Operations, City Operations, Product, Technology, Finance, Growth, and Supply teams. • Analyse rider supply, onboarding, attendance, utilisation, delivery productivity, and cost metrics. • Prepare dashboards, reports, and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) scorecards. • Identify operational gaps through data analysis and root-cause analysis. • Create action plans to improve rider availability, reduce delivery delays, and optimise manpower costs. • Lead pilots, process improvements, automation initiatives, and incentive optimisation programs. • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), playbooks, and process guidelines. • Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and outcomes. • Conduct regular performance reviews and share actionable insights with leadership. • Support rider sourcing, engagement, retention, and reliability initiatives. • Ensure successful implementation and adoption of new processes. • Manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Are you who we are searching for? • 3–5 years of experience in Program Management, Business Operations, Last Mile Operations, Supply Chain, or Logistics. • Experience in quick commerce, e-commerce, logistics, or delivery operations will be preferred. • Strong understanding of rider supply operations and delivery performance metrics. • Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and dashboarding tools. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills. • Experience in managing cross-functional projects from planning to execution. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. • Ability to convert data into actionable business insights. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and execution-focused environment. • Strong ownership and attention to detail. • Willingness to travel across cities or operational locations, whenever required.
