Job description

Roles and Responsibilities : • Conduct audits of retail branches to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to enhance operational efficiency. • Review branch operations, including sales, customer service, and compliance with regulatory requirements. • Identify trends and anomalies in financial data and report findings to senior management. • Develop and implement effective auditing procedures to ensure accurate reporting and minimize risk. Job Requirements : • 2-5 years of experience in banking or a related field (auditing). • Strong knowledge of retail banking products and services. • Proficiency in conducting internal audits using various methodologies (e.g., COSO). • Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data.
