**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Conduct audits of retail branches to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to enhance operational efficiency. - Review branch operations, including sales, customer service, and compliance with regulatory requirements. - Identify trends and anomalies in financial data and report findings to senior management. - Develop and implement effective auditing procedures to ensure accurate reporting and minimize risk. **Job Requirements :** - 2-5 years of experience in banking or a related field (auditing). - Strong knowledge of retail banking products and services. - Proficiency in conducting internal audits using various methodologies (e.g., COSO). - Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data.
