**Role & responsibilities** **Job Title:** *Assistant Vice President* **Department**: **CIB Indus ISPL COE - Third Party Management (TPM) team** **About Business line/Function:** **CIB Indus ISPL COE - Third Party Management (TPM) team** Strong presence in 27 countries across the globe with a proven track record of delivering quality service, within the expected Turn Around Time (TAT) and with ability to challenge Status Quo and share Best Practices. Core activities include processing of Vendor invoices, Employee claims, Intercompany Invoicing and Procurements. **TPM Team Scope:** To be the 1st Line of defense (LOD), for multiple entities Third Party Management team. This (TPM) team is responsible for managing the risks related to procurement and outsourcing information and measuring and managing operational risks that impact on all TPM functions, covering TPRM, Procurement and Governance, Transformation, and data management. **Position Purpose:** To assist the APAC TPRM team on BAU (Business As Usual), governance and transformation **Responsibilities** **Direct Responsibilities** **BAU Tasks** - Ensuring BAU (Business As Usual) framework for On-boarding & Off-Boarding for Outsourcing is compliant with Group & Local requirement - SME (subject matter expert) in providing guidance & support to business/function on their on-boarding & off-boarding initiatives - Due diligence checks for on-boarding outsourcing arrangements - Registration of intragroup contract in the inventory file (new/amendment/termination) - Inventory SLA reconciliation (Regional vs Local) - Daily clearing for mail group on SLA inventory - Updating fields for outsourcing arrangements in Risk360 - Provide weekly updates and status updates - Assist in annual GCL controls campaign & Operational Performance - Assist APAC TPRM on transformation initiatives & closure of Regulatory recommendation - Maintain regular connects with onshore stakeholders for work related assignments **Technical & Behavioral Competencies** - Effective verbal and written communication skills - Strong work ethic and ability to deal with confidential information - The ability to identify risks and develop appropriate responses. - Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple undertakings at the same time and focus on priorities. - Ability to build and maintain relationships with different stakeholders **Specific Qualifications:** - Knowledge of Third-Party lifecycle process - Initiative, autonomy, self-motivated, self-starter - Well-structured with good organizational & data analysis skills - Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities and be a team player - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) - Excellent communication verbally & written in English **Skills Referential** **(Required knowledge, skills and abilities)** **Transversal Skills:** - Ability to understand, explain and support change - Analytical Ability - Ability to develop and adapt to a process - Ability to implement relevant and timely controls **Behavioral Skills:** - Communication skills - oral & written - Ability to collaborate / Teamwork - Attention to detail / Results driven - Active listening - Creativity & Innovation / Problem solving **Education Level:** *Bachelors Degree with relevant experience* **Other/Specific Qualifications :** 15-16 Years **Location:** Chennai/ Mumbai **About BNP Paribas Group:** BNP Paribas is the European Unions leading bank and key player in international banking.
