Position: AWS Data Engineer Experience: 8-12 years Job Location: Bangalore Position Type: Full time Qualification: Any graduate Work Mode: Hybrid Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced AWS Cloud Specialist to design, implement, and optimize secure, scalable, and high-performance AWS solutions. The role focuses on end-to-end cloud and IoT architecture, including solution design, implementation, security, networking, data engineering, authentication, and monitoring for enterprise and IoT platforms. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement AWS IoT data engineering solutions for secure device connectivity, telemetry ingestion, processing, and analytics. • Design and configure AWS IoT Core for device connectivity, MQTT communication, certificates, IoT policies, authentication, authorization, and message routing. • Build scalable event-driven and serverless IoT data pipelines using AWS IoT Rules, Lambda, SQS, and SNS for real-time telemetry processing and downstream integration. • Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using AWS Glue and Python to transform high-volume IoT data into analytics-ready datasets. • Implement Medallion Architecture on Amazon S3 using Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers for data ingestion, cleansing, transformation, enrichment, and analytics. • Build data lake and analytics solutions using S3, Athena, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and Timestream for IoT and business data. • Implement data quality, validation, monitoring, and observability across IoT data pipelines. • Develop Grafana dashboards for IoT telemetry, device health, pipeline monitoring, and operational analytics Required Core Skills & Qualifications • 8+ years of AWS cloud architecture and implementation experience. • Strong expertise in AWS IoT Core, Lambda, DynamoDB, Timestream, Glue, Athena, SQS, SNS, VPC, Security Groups, IAM, S3, EC2, Grafana, and Keycloak. • Experience with PostgreSQL and Python development. • Strong understanding of serverless, IoT, cloud security, networking, authentication, and data engineering architectures. • Excellent problem-solving and technical leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications • AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional or equivalent AWS certifications. • Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation. • Experience with CI/CD, DevOps automation, and large-scale IoT or real-time data platforms. • Knowledge of monitoring, observability, identity management, and cloud cost optimization best practices Why Coforge?
