**Azure AI & Power Platform Architect (Copilot Studio)** **Role Overview** We are seeking a highly experienced Azure AI & Power Platform Architect with 15+ years of IT experience and deep hands-on expertise in Azure, Generative AI, and Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will lead architecture design, guide engineering teams, and deliver intelligent automation and copilot solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and modern AI/LLM capabilities. This role requires strong stakeholder management, technical leadership, and the ability to design scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade cloud and hybrid solutions. **Responsibilities** **Solution Architecture & Technical Leadership** - Architect, design, and implement scalable solutions across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments - Provide technical governance, mentoring, and hands-on leadership to engineering teams - Drive architecture decisions ensuring performance, scalability, reliability, and security - Collaborate with stakeholders to define and deliver complex technical solutions **Copilot Studio & AI Solution Development** - Design, build, and maintain intelligent copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio - Topics, entity extraction, actions, generative answers - Develop LLM-powered applications leveraging: - Azure OpenAI - Prompt engineering techniques (few-shot, instructions, grounding) - Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) with vector databases - Fine-tune and customize pre-trained AI models - Implement AI solutions using Form Recognizer, Cognitive Search, and vector stores **Power Platform Architecture** - Design and build Power Automate flows (cloud & desktop) - Canvas Apps and Model-driven applications - Architect Dataverse data models (tables, relationships, business rules) - Implement Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) using Azure DevOps/GitHub - Build enterprise-grade automation solutions leveraging Power Platform components **Integration & Enterprise Connectivity** - Design and implement integrations using: - REST APIs, Azure Functions, Graph API - Dataverse and Power Platform connectors - Third-party systems (SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, etc.) - Develop and manage custom connectors - Ensure secure integration using: - OAuth2, Azure AD authentication - API throttling and exception handling best practices - Microsoft Graph & M365 Automation - Integrate with Microsoft Graph API to manage: - Users, groups - Mail & calendar - Files and drives - Teams and collaboration data - Build Graph-enabled automation within Power Automate and Copilot solutions **Data Engineering & AI Engineering** Apply best practices in: 1. AI data engineering 2. Large data processing and pipelines 3. Work with Python and PySpark for large-scale data transformation 4. Implement model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle practices (MLOps / LLMOps) **Enablement & Stakeholder Engagement** - Deliver technical upskilling sessions and workshops to customers - Build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted technical advisor - Prepare and present solution architecture presentations - Facilitate consensus across technical and business stakeholders **Qualifications** - 15+ years of IT experience with minimum 5 years of hands-on Azure AI experience - Proven experience in architecting and governing technical teams - Strong expertise in: - Azure AI Services (OpenAI, Cognitive Services) - Power Platform (Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) - Prompt engineering and LLM design patterns - Hands-on experience with: - Generative AI model deployment and fine-tuning - Vector databases and semantic search - Programming: Python, PySpark - Flexibility to work in shifts as required **Secondary Skills** - Experience with MLOps and LLMOps frameworks - Exposure to enterprise-scale AI/ML deployment pipeline **Apply here:** https://ltim.ripplehire.com/s/cUkcw
