Well verse with software and equipment to facilitate accurate and efficient testing. • Scripting: Expertise in python framework. • Test Automation: Develop and implement automated test scripts to streamline the testing process and improve efficiency. • Conduct Bench Tests: Perform detailed bench testing of semiconductor devices, including functional, performance and reliability tests. • Characterization: Characterize devices under PVT conditions to assess performance metrics such as power consumption, speed, and thermal characteristics. • Debugging: Identify and troubleshoot issues encountered during testing, working closely with design and process engineers to resolve problems. • Data Collection & result Analyse: Analyse test data to evaluate device performance against design specifications and industry standards. • Generate Reports: Prepare detailed test reports, documenting findings, anomalies and recommendations for improvements. Collaboration and Communication • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, process and product engineering teams to provide feedback and support design improvements. • Technical Support: Provide technical support to manufacturing and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless production and quality control. • Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers to understand their testing requirements and provide technical assistance as needed.
