Well verse with software and equipment to facilitate accurate and efficient testing. - Scripting: Expertise in python framework. - Test Automation: Develop and implement automated test scripts to streamline the testing process and improve efficiency. - Conduct Bench Tests: Perform detailed bench testing of semiconductor devices, including functional, performance and reliability tests. - Characterization: Characterize devices under PVT conditions to assess performance metrics such as power consumption, speed, and thermal characteristics. - Debugging: Identify and troubleshoot issues encountered during testing, working closely with design and process engineers to resolve problems. - Data Collection & result Analyse: Analyse test data to evaluate device performance against design specifications and industry standards. - Generate Reports: Prepare detailed test reports, documenting findings, anomalies and recommendations for improvements. **Collaboration and Communication** - Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, process and product engineering teams to provide feedback and support design improvements. - Technical Support: Provide technical support to manufacturing and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless production and quality control. - Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers to understand their testing requirements and provide technical assistance as needed. **Continuous Improvement** - Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for improving test processes, methodologies and equipment to enhance accuracy and efficiency. - Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest developments in semiconductor testing technologies and methodologies. **Compliance and Safety** - Adherence to Standards: Ensure all testing activities comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies. - Safety Procedures: Implement and follow safety procedures to protect personnel and equipment during testing.
