Billing Executive Operational role responsible for supporting billing team in day-to-day operations. The incumbent may seek appropriate level of guidance and advice to ensure delivery of quality outcomes. Minimum Qualifications & Experience Graduate in accounting or finance 0 - 4 years of relevant experience Other Knowledge & Skills Basic accounting procedures, Excel, Outlook Key Responsibilities Maintain customer accounts and ensure billing is accurate. Delivery of billing information to customer's address Ensure achievement of collection targets and reduce outstanding collections and debt bucket. Track payments, expenditures process, invoices expense claims, reconcile processed payments. Analyse accounts Monthly report generation
