TCTS Hiring for NOC Transmission Engineer Experience: Minimum 1.5 Years Qualification: Graduation (BE/BTech) Support Level: L1/L1.5 Location: Chennai & Pune Shift: Australian shifts (1.30am- 10.30am / 2.30am-11.30am / 3.30am to 12.30pm) Position: Permanent We are looking for Immediate joiner or maximum upto 30 days Notice Period. Job Description for NOC Transmission Role • 24X7 Monitoring of network events, alarms and ticket creation • Alarms filtration and Ticket raising based on business rules • Ticket co-relations and assignment to correct resolver group • Perform Alarm-Event correlation, Service Impact Assessment • Notify Retail/Wholesale Service Provider of incidents -outage notifications • Support and execute the Real Time Change Management (Planned Outage) process • Maintain "Work logs" for each tickets 1+ Years of experience in: • Basic Telecommunications network understanding • Basic Knowledge of Access Technologies (FTTx and HFC) • Understanding of alarms and ability to identify service impact • Good written English and communications skills • Netcool, Remedy, E6000 (CMTS), , NxT, Tableau, knowledge preferred • Should have fair understand of Broadband network and ability to identify faulty segment (Access, Backhaul, Core etc.) Smartphone Requirement for Infosec & User Access Compliance: Windows: Version 10 or later IOS/iPad OS: Version 17 or later Android: Version 15 or later Additionally, we will require candidate's acknowledgement on below mandatory ANZ Business Requirements: • Candidate should be ready to support in AU Business Hrs from 01:30 AM IST / 02:30 AM IST / 03:30 AM IST along with rotational shifts. • Ready to Work from Office 5 Days shifts. | No Work From Home available • As we support international client, Indian Holidays are BAU working days for ANZ business, so candidate must be ready to work on Indian Holidays.
