Job Description The BIM Controller is responsible for managing, coordinating, and maintaining Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes, standards, and project documentation across MEP projects. The role ensures the integrity, accuracy, and timely delivery of BIM models and associated documentation while facilitating collaboration among engineering, construction, procurement, and project teams
