BOM Management Officer

Job description

Role & responsibilities Role Purpose Manage and maintain accurate BOMs, support data analysis and ensure timely completion of critical BOM requests. Key Responsibilities • Create, update and validate BOMs in coordination with HO, Plants, PD, Supply Chain and other stakeholders. • Extract, download and analyse SAP reports where required. • Maintain proper documentation, version control and BOM data accuracy. Required Qualifications and Experience • Strong computer skills and hands-on experience in handling data • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivots, Lookups, Formulae, Data Cleansing & Validation) • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. • Effective stakeholder coordination and communication skills. Good-to-Have Skills • Experience with Power BI and SAP • Ability to understand manufacturing processes and the role of material, packaging and formulation components. • Basic coding knowledge and familiarity with GenAI tools for task automation
