Job description

Core Role & Responsibilities • Portfolio & P&L Management: Own asset growth, recovery rates, and branch financial targets across the designated territory. • • • .Team Leadership: Supervise 4 to 6 Area Head and 20 Branch field staff, conduct performance reviews, and handle local recruitment. • • • Risk & Delinquency Control: Monitor portfolio quality, track Daily/Weekly collection efficiency, and minimize non-starters or defaults. • Operations & Compliance: Audit branch operations regularly, enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs), and prevent financial fraud. • • Business Expansion: Conduct market surveys, launch new centers, and promote cross-selling of financial products.
