**Key Responsibilities** - **Business & Revenue Growth:** Prepare and execute branch growth plansincluding deposit mobilization from New-To-Bank (NTB) customersto achieve top-line goals and financial targets. - **Portfolio Management:** Maintain strong relationships with High Net Worth (HNI) and key account holders to drive product cross-selling and deepen account penetration. - **Team Leadership:** Lead, train, and mentor the branch sales and service teams to maintain high productivity and service standards. - **Compliance & Risk:** Ensure the branch operates strictly within banking regulations, monitor office accounts, and control income leakage. - **Operational Oversight:** Collaborate closely with the Branch Operations Head to ensure smooth daily branch administration (cash, clearing, deposits, and customer complaints). **Location - Pune** Kindly share updated cv at **manali.brahamaniyan@axis.bank.in** **Regards,** **Manali**
