Key Responsibilities • Business & Revenue Growth: Prepare and execute branch growth plansincluding deposit mobilization from New-To-Bank (NTB) customersto achieve top-line goals and financial targets. • Portfolio Management: Maintain strong relationships with High Net Worth (HNI) and key account holders to drive product cross-selling and deepen account penetration. • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor the branch sales and service teams to maintain high productivity and service standards. • Compliance & Risk: Ensure the branch operates strictly within banking regulations, monitor office accounts, and control income leakage. • Operational Oversight: Collaborate closely with the Branch Operations Head to ensure smooth daily branch administration (cash, clearing, deposits, and customer complaints).
