Branch Manager - Retail (Affordable LAP)

Job description

We Equitas Small finance bank is hiring for Branch Manager - Retail (affordable mortgage loan) for various location. Core Responsibilities Identify and capitalize on local market conditions to grow the affordable mortgage and Loan Against Property (LAP) portfolio. Onboard and manage relationships with local channel partners, developers, Direct Sales Associates (DSAs), and connectors. Recruit, train, motivate, and mentor a team of Sales Executives and relationship officers. Oversee the loan lifecycle from lead sourcing, income assessment, and credit appraisal, to final disbursal. Monitor branch-level profit and loss (P&L), control non-performing assets (NPAs), and ensure all operations meet regulatory and internal banking standards. Experience: Minimum 6 years in housing finance, banking, or NBFCs, with proven experience in affordable mortgage segments like Home Loans and LAP.
