Job description

Purpose of the role: - The position has been created to enable clear focus on Sourcing of customers as per company norms and process as well ensure branch profitability and branch portfolio is maintained at a High quality Level Key Responsibilities: - Manage the Branch in terms of Sales - Build a high Quality Loan portfolio - Track and Ensure Repayments of the Loan disbursed - Maintain Manage & Deliver SO Productivity - Responsible for achieving the Fee Income Target, WIRR and Cross Sell targets. - Ensure the PDDs are well within the limits of the branch and closely track with Sales Officers. - Enable sales team to high performance and be a team player - To Build and Nurture team & enable them to achieve high performance - Manage and lead Sales Officers at the branch in achieving targets and generating leads and achieve volumes and targeted market share in respective Used car dealership / DSAs. - Develop and manage customers and DSA/ Dealer relationships through face to face interactions - Responsible for staffing optimal utilization of resources in the branch sales team - Initiate marketing program/BRL activities from time to time in the assigned branch location - Ensure that all documentation and information related to loan proposals are obtained in timely manner to practice First Time Right principle. - Ensure 100% compliance to policies & processes and all regulatory matters of RBI and other statutory bodies. - Ensure good quality loan portfolio by closely following up on the first 12 months repayments Desired Experience: - Number of years of experience (05- 7 Years ) - Type of companies/sector worked for(Private commercial banks and large NBFCs) - Responsibilities managed in the previous organizations(Primarily Sales & Collection function. Past experience on the sale s& Collection side of New Cars & Used cars.) - Computer/technical skills (Handy with Basic Microsoft office) Qualifications: - Graduation: (Any Stream) - Post-graduation: (MBA Preferred) - Professional Qualifications: Graduate & Above - Certifications (please specify):If any would be an added advantage if interested drop resume on: chandan.g@equitasbank.com
