**Job Title:** Senior Analyst Video Editor **Location:** [Navi Mumbai, Pune] **Job Type:** Full-time **Job Summary:** We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Analyst – Video Editor to create, manipulate, and edit high-quality training and corporate videos for our clients. In this role, you will attend training sessions, visualize content, and collaborate with team members to streamline video production and operations. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, works well under pressure, and can manage timelines effectively while maintaining high quality standards. Experience creating videos for brands or corporate environments is highly preferred. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Video Creation & Editing:** Create, manipulate, and edit high-quality training and corporate videos that align with client expectations and guidelines. - **Conceptualization & Visualization:** Attend training sessions to understand complex content, visualize the final output, and determine the ideal video flow. - **Collaboration & Process Improvement:** Partner with team members to refine the content creation process, troubleshoot execution challenges, and improve overall team efficiency. - **Project Management:** Take full accountability for completing video projects within defined timeframes while maintaining superior service levels. - **Stakeholder Communication:** Listen and comprehend information effectively to share updates, highlight opportunities for improvement, and flag potential concerns with key stakeholders. - **Proactive Ownership:** Demonstrate a willingness to take on responsibilities beyond the assigned work area to support team goals. **Technical and Functional Skills:** - **Software Expertise:** Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Audition, Adobe After Effects, and Final Cut Pro. - **Editing Tools:** Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g., Avid Media Composer, Lightworks). - **Production Knowledge:** Strong understanding of video production and post-production best practices, including videography techniques, studio management, and color composition. - **Creative Execution:** Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation, continuity, special effects, 3D, and compositing. - **Portfolio:** A strong portfolio demonstrating video production and editing capabilities. - **Industry Knowledge (Good to Have):** Familiarity with Supply Chain Management (SCM) terminologies, Incoterms, and import/export regulations. **Qualifications and Experience:** - Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field. - 2+ years of professional experience in video creation and editing. - **Proven experience creating brand or corporate videos is highly preferred.** - Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain high accuracy under pressure. - Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, be on call, and work outside regular hours when needed to support customer inquiries.
