**Location Name:** Pune Corporate Office - Mantri **Job Purpose** To enable successful delivery of Consumer App and Web Application initiatives by driving requirement analysis, stakeholder coordination, and end-to-end collaboration between Business, COE, IT, Delivery, and QA teams, thereby enhancing customer experience and supporting BFL’s digital transformation objectives. [JD\\_PMO\\_BA\\_GB03 | Word] **Duties And Responsibilities** Duties and Responsibilities: - Leads the App from originating the requirement to its delivery i.e. Need identification; requirement gathering; coordinating with agency/marketing agency for designing of mobile frontend; interacting with internal IT delivery team and QA. - Coordinate with Business, COE, and Product stakeholders for requirement gathering and clarification. - Translate business requirements into BRD, FRD, user stories, workflows, and functional specifications. - Coordinate with IT system stakeholders for dependency mapping and solution alignment. - Work closely with Delivery, Development, and QA teams for implementation and testing support. - Support sprint planning, grooming, UAT, release management, and production deployment activities. - Track requirements across the project lifecycle and ensure timely delivery. - Facilitate stakeholder discussions, walkthroughs, and requirement signoffs. - Identify risks, blockers, and gaps and proactively drive resolution. - Support digital transformation initiatives focused on customer journeys and digital experience. - Prepare regular status reports, dashboards, and project communication updates. - Ensure adherence to Agile delivery methodology and SDLC processes. - Participate in solution evaluation and process improvement initiatives. - Strong in mobile application technologies –Preferably IOS and Android; (Exp in Android is essential) - Experience of onsite project management using agile methodology is essential. - Understanding of Apple/Android ecosystem best practices for application development. - Sufficient experience in both management of software projects and functional management of software development teams. - Develop full-scale project plans and communication documents using the Agile methodology. - Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders. - Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team. - Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. - Develop required materials including technical specifications, project and resource plans, project updates, and presentation materials. - Develop short term and long-term project plans, priorities and objectives - Understanding of available framework(s) for application development on iOS platform. - Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership of problem resolution - Ability to multi-task under pressure and work independently with minimal supervision. - Excellent communication skills - Expert knowledge of application operations - Expert abstract reasoning, problem isolation and trouble shooting skills - Good knowledge of ITIL practices - Experienced in working under pressure and tight deadlines **Key Decisions / Dimensions** - Prioritization of business requirements in consultation with stakeholders. - Requirement clarification and functional recommendations. - Coordination approach for dependency management and issue resolution. - Escalation of project risks, blockers, and delivery concerns. - Sign-off readiness for functional requirements and UAT support. **Major Challenges** - Managing multiple stakeholders with changing priorities and tight timelines. - Handling requirement dependencies across multiple IT systems. - Coordinating between Business, Delivery, QA, and external partners. - Managing requirement clarity and scope during Agile delivery cycles. - Balancing business expectations with technical feasibility. **Required Qualifications And Experience** - Qualifications - Should have 1– 5 years of mobile/digital domain experience - Prior & relevant experience in Mobile Apps domain across multiple operating systems - Work Experience - Should have 1– 5 years of mobile/digital domain experience - Prior & relevant experience in Mobile Apps domain across multiple operating systems - Should have understanding of different app types (native, HTML5, Hybrid etc.) - Skills Keywords - Should have knowledge of system interfaces required for building apps - Demonstrated success & achievement orientation. - Excellent communication skills. - Strong bias for action and driving results in a high-performance environment. - Excellent relationship skills. - Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self-starter. - Requirement Gathering - Business Analysis - Agile / Scrum - BRD / FRD Documentation - SDLC Knowledge - Cross-functional Coordination
