Job Summary Functional Role: Business Analyst - CRM Qualification: BCA/ MCA/ B Tech/BE/ MCA/ MTech Vertical: Application Delivery Location: Jaipur / Mumbai Department: IT Relevant Experience: 3-7 years of experience in IT preferable in banks. Competencies • Experience of Banking (Retail or Commercial) • Experience in the IT industry with strong background in requirement gathering, documentation, stakeholder management. • Should understand different integration methodologies. • Should be able to prepare overall project plan for execution of projects and prioritize based on those with large impact or horizontal level impact. • Break Complex ideas down into concise and effective requirements. Job Responsibilities • Review Business User Stories, undertake gap analysis and prepare BRDs/Solution Documents/Approach Documents. • Excellent knowledge in architecting, planning, testing, and deploying of any proven CRM solution like Dynamics/CRM Next • Good working knowledge of implementing, integration, and deployment of such CRM solution • Experienced in defining technical architecture and software components • Experience in working to Agile processes • Able to map business processes to core CRM platform capabilities. • Positive and constructive • Strong analytical and organizational skills • CRM development framework
